Mini toast di salmone e scamorza

INGREDIENTI

  • 200 g Pera Kaiser
  • 150 g Scamorza bianca
  • 100 g Fettine di salmone affumicato
  • 8 Fette di pancarré
  • Erba cipollina tritata


Durata: 10 min
Livello: Facile
Dosi: 4 persone


Disponete il salmone su 4 fette di pancarré. Affettate finemente la scamorza e distribuite le fettine sul salmone; aggiungete lamelle sottilissime di pera e poca erba cipollina. Chiudete i toast con le altre 4 fette di pancarré. Abbrustolite i toast su una piastra per 2-3’ per lato. Tagliate i toast in quadrotti e serviteli come antipasto.
