In italian we say....it's really rotten.....so X is the new document controller in Gatwick while you are away. Xb (The other document controller) was absent the previous days because of sickness. X was here. Now Y is calling someone in Client's side because we don't have some numbers yet for documents, Y's saying "yesterday our document controller was sick" O.O and now during the conversation Y's referring only to Xb O.O .....
and then X was really bored and X asked me to give him some work to do....and after a while Y went to him saying to stop doing the job I gave to him. And to me said that I wasn't supposed to give work to someone else because Y needs to arrange and decide who's doing what.....but I told him, "Y is doing this bla bla bla" ...so Y was aware, only he hasn't decided.
