Intro

Ok after think of all the lamme and failed attempted at a Red Box..
But before I even get started with my desing I must explain to all of
those people that are to stupid to know what red box is... Well to all
of you that know what it is and dose this is going to be a bore...
Ok the red box is quite ingenious.. It's purposse is to generate the
tone that the coins make when you flop them into the coin slot... Well
this sounds simple to do right.. Wrong... some more on said use a tape
recorder and record them then just play them in to the mouth peice..
You can't do that be cause the tape record in analog and this will change
the pitch and sound of the tone thus they will not work...
Then someone came up with the idea of using one of those Hallmark digital
voice greeting cards... Well that was a good idea but the play with to
much static and is too hard to record the tone on it... But with my idea
on a very cheap red box it shall become simple... The only thing is that
you'll have to do some work... Well enough of this lets get down to busness.
What you gots to have and do..

Materials:
Some speaker wire
2 payphones next to each other.
Ok now this is just still in therory. But it will be tested soon.
Ok first thing out must do is find two pay phones that are fairly close
togeath.. Now the best ones are outside but if you have to use the ones that
are at like the breeze ways at malls... Well any way you have to fine them
not me... Now once you have found two pay phones close together take the
mouth peice off one and the ear peice of the other... This is not easy...
your best bet is like to take it off with like vice grips or some thing..
just get them off there some how... Just don't dameage the speakers...
Ok once that is done you will hook you speaker wire up to the post that are
the ear peice speaker... the hool the others to the mouth peice speaker
on the other phone.. Do you see what i'm getting at... now you drop your
coins in the phone that has the ear peice ripped off... Well not the tones
will be played into the mouth peice of the other phone with out any out side
interference... Now you should beable to make your call had have fun with
it... just unhook the wire from the mouth peice and take then when the
ladie says "please deposit 75 cents for the next 3 minutes you just hook up
the wire again a start feeding the coins back threw... well now wasn't that
easy...
