Chapter 1 The Initiation.
Not too long ago.. Febuary 4th to be exact.. Two Phreaks had an Idea..
Not too many details for right now.. But at the time they needed to
aquire some Telco. equipment. And through careful working they obtained
the needed electronics. Which included RTS\CTS 990 (Commercial Loop tester)
several handsets and enough equipment to keep them phreaking for a long time.
They went everywhere with it. Even slept with some of the equipment. But
all that was soon to end. They had not been to careful and were fucking with
some FO equipment (Fiber Optic). And downed a whole county. That was one
they had not taken into consideration. The Telco had though. And they were
on the trail of them. At around 8:00pm on Febuary 11th the two phreaks stopped
at a small cabinet on the side of the road to phreak. Not too long after that
a Telco truck pulled up, and along with it a sheriff.. And that was the
start of the Revenge. A revenge so powerful that they wouldn't know how to
recover. The start of U.C.P.H., not a revenge minded group, but just a
community.. A way to communicate with other like minded people..
Chapter 2. The affiliation.
We needed to know there were alot of other Phreaks out there.. So one day
in the car **** and I (Electric Gypsy) decided to find out how many people
really think thier good enough to join. Or wanna become one.. So after alot
of thought U.C.P.H. came up.. We liked it.. And here we are.. Later at the
end of the file you can find out how to join.
Section 2 of Chapter 2.
We are trying to decide how to format the news letter.. If we need sections
different files for different mags. We want the mag to be more of a 'Democratic'
mag. We want *YOU* to decide.. You know how it goes. Majority rules.
As always, NO censorship.. That is not fair.. ALL THINGS SHOULD BE SAID!
Chapter 3. Qualifications.
To qualify for U.C.P.H. you need to absolutely NOT work for any government
agency. ****NO**** POLICE OFFICERS! AND ****!!!NO!!!**** FEDS!!! .
All you need is to be a Phreak,Hacker,Pirate.. Anything UNDERGROUND,no shitty
little piss interests like constructive things..
Also, we will make a publication of scanned numbers. It will be called
the black book. We will break down the exchanges among volunteers who
will scan with a war dialer. And then combine the findings. Sound good?
