Some of you may have read some of the articles that I've written for DnA
and BGR, and you may have wondered why I tend to write articles about
government/rights instead of the usual articles found in H/P mags. The
major reason is that I believe that you have the right to know what your
real rights are even though the government is trying to hide those rights
from you through the use of unconstitutional legislation. That is the
reason I decided to write this article...

[x] The Governments Social Security Scam [x]

The great social security debate has been around since the Social
Security Act in 1935. The purpose of the Social Security Act is so that
an employed American citizen will automatically create a retirement fund.
Every paycheck you recieve (if you live in the U.S.) pays a certain
amount to this, and it ends up being a retirement fund when you become
old enough. There are two reasons why it was passed. The first was
because most of the other major countries had systems similar to Social
Security before the U.S. did. The second reason was because the
government wanted people to have a financially secure future and also so
they didn't end up on the streets getting welfare paychecks.

To the naked eye it seems like a perfectly legitimate thing that we all
will eventially need and should have, but it actually sucks...it's a
scam. First of all it is unconstitution because you do not have the
choice of having it or not...if you have a job they take your money for
Social Security and there is nothing you can do about it. According to
the U.S. Constitution the government can collect tax money, it says
nothing about social security therefore it is unconstitutional.

The government says that stealing is illegal, yet as always they have no
problem stealing from us. The Social Security Scam goes like this. If
anyone on social security dies before they can collect it the government
gives a limited amount for the funeral and they keep the rest. If the
person who dies has children who are under 18 years old they also get
some money but the government still keeps a nice ammount for themselves
(money that isn't theirs and that is forcefully taken...sounds like
thievery to me). Since there is only an age limit to start the social
security payments and not one to stop them social security payments are
indefinite until either your amount of money that you put into it runs
out or you do...so even if your social security checks are sent to you if
you die the government will get the rest.

A good portion of the Vietnam War was funded by the social security act
under president Johnson. That money was not intended to be used for war,
the government had no right to take it and use it, and we have payed and
will continue to pay for their mistake. Instead of people paying for
their own financial security like they used to before the Vietnam war now
the people today who work have money taken out of their checks for the
currently retired people getting social security now. The reason is
because Johnson used all of their social security money for the Vietnam
war. So we have to pay now and by the time we need social security it
won't be their for us. Of course the government thinks it can fix it all
by stealing more money from us.

We need to tell the government that we will not allow them to steal from
us any more. Fight social security and make the government pay for their
own mistake. Protest is the only form of battle when trying to pursuade.
If people take a stand now then maybe the government will pay for their
own mistake and also get rid of the social security system (wishful
thinking eh?).
