All cheat codes are entered while the game is paused. They are
combinations of buttons and d-pad buttons. If you do not get the code,
unpause and pause again and try it again. Most messages will appear on the
bottom of the screen.

This one utilizes the PSX hardware's "see-through" effect for you

- Rally Mode:
Don't have a Saturn but want to play Sega Rally? Well,
now you can play NFS in Rally Mode!! Go to any track select
except Rusty Springs and press and hold L1+R1. Power Slide
City!! Note: if you do this on Rusty Springs you get
OASIS...
- Extra Car:
Want some faster additions to the regular cars. At any
car select (without that top code) just press and hold
L1+R1 and you get Warrior Car. Sorry, you can't set any
records with these. I've heard that these are a little
too fast!!
- Arcade Mode:
Finally, you can play arcade mode when you go to lap choice.
You guessed it...press and hold L1+R1 and it will say
ARCADE. Not sure what the significance of this is.

To Play Additional 8 Cars: Shoot Down All The Galaxians At The
Loading Screen.
Title Screen Magic: At The Title Screen, Hold Either l1+r1 Or l2+r2
(Doesn`T Matter Which One). Now, Playing With The Buttons And The
Control Pad Will Modify The Logo.
To Get Extra Tracks: Place First In All Four Tracks And You Will Have
Access To An Additional 4 More.
To Play Mirrored Tracks: At The Start Of The Game, Drive A Short
Distance And Turn Around. Drive Straight Through The Wall (Be Sure
You`ve Got over 100MPH) And You Will Be On The Mirror Track. With 8
Normal Tracks, The Mirrored Versions Make For 16 Tracks Altogether.
To Play The Galaxian 13 (Black Lamborghini): Place First In The First
Four Tracks. Play The T.t. Track Again, And You Will Race Against Two
Other Cars, One Being The Galaxian 13. Finish In First Place And The
Galaxian 13 Will Be Yours To Drive. Note: You May Let The Galaxian 13
Pass You In The First Lap. It Will Stop On The Side And Wait For You
