®Bias Crimes¯
Well after a long time here is the newest issue of SoL. I took me
many Ewwww that sucks and many re-rites and here is the newest thing I came
up with.
I was sitting in front of ye old idiot box one night, and since
nothing better was on I decided to watch the news. One night I hear about
another Black Church being burnt down and a burning cross in a field in
some high school on Long Island.
The thing is what do the morons who do this get out of it? I mean
how would you feel if you wanted to go to church and you couldn't because
some biggeted asshole decided to burn it down. With the Black church
burnings I have two things to say about that. I personally am not a
religious guy, but when I was a little hoddie and broke into places and
doing other stupid things like that never had done any criminal activity
around any house of worship. Weather it be a Church or a Temple I didn't
care I saw those places as holy places, and believed that those places
should not be fucked with. Also what the fuck does color have to do about
anything in this world. I believe that the whole race-ism bit is extreamly
stupid. If you can't live in the same place with another human being the you
should be shot. After all it doesn't really matter what color someone is
I believe that you should judge someone on thier intelect not their color.
Now with these Cross burnings that are going on, is that really
necessary? After all their are so many diffrent was to express your feelings
about something. One of the various ways you can do that is start a text
file writing group, or write to you local newspaper, or how about you
Senator. Cross burnings are so much out of date that I think that whoever
is doing that should become a little more creative with the way you hate
diffrent races. Now don't take me wrong idealy I would like for there to be
no racial bias, but realistically I know that won't happen. It is hard to be
an Idealist as well as a Realtist.
Well I believe that bias crimes are stupid, and a waste of money for
the police department, after all they could be spending the excess money on
say doughnuts or something.
I have one more thing to say I Celest Warrior am droping out of the BBS
scean. I think that all of the attitudes have gotten way out of hand, and
I don't need to meet people on BBSes I can meet them on a telecomference.
