Hi,
Would anybody know the best way to control the rate at which data is sent to a port,
For example If I wanted to print 100 dots on the screen in a tenth of a second,
how would I code it?

1. The Final Say
From: Jeff Rapp <QNews@qble.hypermart.net>
Date: Sunday, February 7, 1999 5:00 PM
Hi all! It's been about a month now, and no mail from the QN staff (me...).
But this rhyme dose have a reason. This is due to the lack of incoming mail
from you, the subscribers. What's that? You don't know how to send in your
questions, answers, tutorials, new files and links? It's simple, and with my
new 5 step program, it's very easy. Step 1: Open your favorite mail client.
This may range from Outlook Express to Netscape Mail. Step 2: Create a new
message and address it to qnews@qble.hypermart.net . Step 3: Write in a
Subject. For you veterans, this no longer requires the QB: to be the first
part. In fact, you don't even need it! If you are replying to a message on
the list, please manually add the RE: and the previous subject, for easy sorting.
Step 4: Type you questions, answers, tutorials, new files and links. Step 5:
Click SEND! Now, wasn't that easy? Why don't you try it? Go ahead, nobody's
stopping you...
