FETTINE DI POLLO CON PATATE

INGREDIENTI:

- Fettine di pollo
- patate
- 1 limone
- sale
- olio evo

PREPARAZIONE:

In una pirofila versate un cucchiaio d'acqua e mettete le fettine infarinate.

Sbucciate le patate e tagliatele a fette e sistematele attorno alla carne.

Salate leggermente, versate il succo del limone e un filino d'olio.

Coprite la pirofila, bucherellatela con una forchetta e fatte cuocere al microonde per circa 10 minuti.
