After a hard day you always find a shadow that shelters you

1. I know what emotional intelligence is

Surely you have heard, read an article or seen a video regarding emotional intelligence that we lightly define as the correct handling of emotions, but do you really understand the scope of this concept? .

Now, another mystical and little understood word has been incorporated into the already complicated management of personal relationships, "mindfulness", translated Spanish as "full thinking", the idea is to be aware of the present.

2. What is Mindfulness ?

The word mindfulness, according to experts and experts, does not have a specific translation into our nourished and extensive Spanish language.

However, mindfulness is defined as the full thought that connects you with your present, allows you to live this moment connected with your senses.

3. What is Mindfulness ?

You have really asked yourself, yes, we are aware of living each moment with full consciousness.

Until not too long ago, it was believed that the rational and emotional sides of our brain were not linked and even believed to be opposed.

4. Full Emotional Thought

Now, in the wonderful century of information and rare diseases, experts have discovered that the two hemispheres of the brain can be trained to work together and connect with our present by regulating and mastering our emotions, that is, the birth of Full emotional thinking, without judging or prejudging the facts and experiences of the past and present, with full acceptance of what has been lived to achieve genuine empathy with our environment and total detachment in all areas of our lives.

5. A few Mindfulness exercises

Here are some exercises to develop full emotional thinking:

5.1 Connect with your breath

8 × 8 Breathing Contrary to popular belief, taking deep breaths, far from helping you relax and connect with your present, will develop stress and anxiety.

For this reason, I suggest you close your eyes, in the position in which you feel most comfortable and where the place you are allowing it, standing seated or lying down, close your eyes and breathe normally, inhale through the nose, while count to 8 and exhale through your mouth without demanding and mentally count to eight, believe it or not it's a great way to lessen your anxiety. (I do it with excellent results).

5.2 4x4x8 Breathing

In this exercise keep your eyes closed and inhale mentally counting to 4, hold your breath for 4 seconds and exhale counting to 8.

5.3 Meditation

It is a very healthy practice that you dedicate about three minutes of your valuable time to not thinking about anything, the exercises that I recommend, are very powerful and as I already indicated you can do it sitting or lying down, as you better accommodate yourself, the idea is that you close your eyes and connect with your inner self through breathing, listening to your surroundings, without judging and accepting the sensations that this experience produces.
