CDRWIN burn settings

• File backup and tools -> Record an ISO9660 image file
• Select your *.iso
• Disc type = CDROM-XA
• Track mode = MODE2
• Finalize/Close session -> Select
• Write postgap -> Select

burn it !!!!

Boot instructions:

Load orig. ps2 demo cd (PBPX-95205) (holding reset, ea-boot "neo2.2") Select FIFA2001,
When u see controller in your screen (letgo reset) swap cd'z. Hit the X putton right away when tray comes in. When it ask Hardware dongle press START or insert the dongle. If u don't have dongle, insert memory card and go to AR2V2EURO -> OPTIONS -> RESET HARDWARE -> X (Now u are able to use cheat codes)

Little info about this backup and how it's been done... v1.2

With this info u are able to backup your AR2V2EURO cd and make it bootable with original PS2 demo cd.

If look at the original ps2 demo cd (PBPX-95205) in the \FIFADEMO folder u are gonna see GAMEZ.ELF file.
This is the file what loads other files from the cd (when u choose to play fifa2001 demo).

U take all the files from AR2V2EURO, cd includes (specially when u copy BIG.DAT) some error's but ignore them. Copy files somewhere in your hd, c:\Boot\

Then copy \SCEE_DD folder from ps2 demo cd (PBPX-95205) to c:\boot\

Make \FIFADEMO folder to c:\boot\ (c:\boot\FIFADEMO\)
Copy c:\boot\SLES_500.09 to c:\boot\FIFADEMO\ and rename it to GAMEZ.ELF

Now u should have in your c:\boot folder following files & folders.

 C:\boot\FIFADEMO\GAMEZ.ELF 
 C:\boot\GFX\ (including 11 files) 
 C:\boot\GFX\FONT\ (including 6 files) 
 C:\boot\SCEE_DD\ (including 14 files) 
 C:\boot\ (including 10 files) 

Now u need to do PS2 compliant cd:

Open CD_DVD-ROM GENERATOR v1.XX -> NEW PROJECT -> CD-ROM master disc

 Volume -> Disc Name    = PBPX-95205 
           License Area = Europe 
           Volume       = SLES_500_09 
           Volume Set   = SLES_500_09 

Import or drag&drop all the folders and files to your project root.

Export iml file and use iml2iso.exe tool to make it burnable with CDRWIN

And burn it !!!!

Place and load the original ps2 demo cd in your ps2, Select fifa2001 and when u see controller screen swap it to your just burned backup. (I suggest to use ea boot method with neo2.2, but swap it anyway u want)

AR2V2EURO will now load!

If u load it without dongle just press START with your controller and it will load the START GAME screen.

Without dongle u ain't able to use multiregion bypass!!!
With older(AR1V9EURO) or new(AR2V2EURO) dongle everything worked fine !!!
