Prova a misurare lo starter.
Pesa la scoby
Mettine 100 ml a lt
Quindi fai:

  • 400 ml starter
  • 150 gr scoby
  • 4 lt the
  • 320 gr zucchero

Fai tutto in un contenitore nuovo e fai partire la fermentazione.
Dopo 7 gg inizia ad assaggiare.
Se lasci tanto starter e tanta scoby fermenta presto anche dopo 5 gg.
