THE CHRISTMAS MORNING DRINK FROZEN BERRY BELLINI

Blitz 100g frozen winter fruits, 250ml Co-op cranberry juice drink and 2 tsp Co-op clear honey until smooth, then sieve into a jug, pressing down with the back of a spoon until only the pips remain. Discard the pips, then divide the mixture between four glasses. Top up each glass with 150ml Co-op Irresistible sparkling rosé and garnish with Co-op raspberries to serve.

Blitz 100 g di frutta invernale congelata, 250 ml di succo di mirtillo rosso Co-op e 2 cucchiaini di miele trasparente Co-op fino a che liscio, quindi setacciare in una brocca, premendo con la parte posteriore di un cucchiaio fino a quando rimangono solo i semi. Scartare i semi, quindi dividere il composto in quattro bicchieri. Riempi ogni bicchiere con 150 ml di rosé frizzante Co-op Irresistible e guarnisci con i lamponi Co-op per servire.
