Zeppole sarde con ricotta e patate

Ingredienti:

500 gr di farina
250 gr di ricotta
3 uova intere
2 patate lesse
20 gr lievito di birra
Scorza di arancia e limone
2 cucchiai di zucchero
Filei e ferru qb
Latte qb
Zafferano


Mixare bene tutti gli ingredienti

Quando l’impasto è pronto, metterlo al caldo e farlo lievitare fino a diventare più del doppio

Quando la lievitazione è pronta, riscaldare un po di olio e strutto e friggere

Passare nello zucchero

Mangiare calde
