Ingredients

  • 4 squid
  • Tomatoes
  • 2 garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Water
  • Dry white wine

For the interior squid part

  • Minced squid head
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Minced garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Put all ingredients together without pre cooking any of them
Cook for 4.30h in low mode
