Pomodori pelati in vasi con succo dei pomodori stessi

Pelare i pomodori ben maturi ed in perfetta condizione, immergendoli in acqua calda.
Introdurli nei vasi e accomodarveli aggiungendo qualche foglia di basilico.
Aggiungere del succo di pomodoro crudo ed un cucchiaino di sale per ogni barattolo da mezzo chilo.
Sterilizzare come sopra.
