Si preferiscano carote di normale grossezza, accuratamente raschiate.
Scottatele in acqua leggermente salata per 5 minuti poi accomodatele nei vasetti.
Chiudete ermeticamente i vasi e procedete alla sterilizzazione per mezz'ora partendo dal momento dell'ebollizione.
