INGREDIENTI

  • fagiolini
  • sale
  • aceto
  • olio


PREPARAZIONE

Mondare i fagiolini e lavarli.

Metterli nella pentola a pressione e coprirli di acqua.

Chiudere la pentola a pressione e metterla sul fuoco .

Dall' inizio del sibilo calcolare 3 minuti di cottura.

Spegnere e far sfiatare del tutto la pentola prima di aprirla.

Scolare i fagiolini , versarli nell' insalatiera e condirli con sale, olio e aceto .

Mescolare e servire.
