INGREDIENTI

  • 400 g di anguria a cubetti
  • 300 g di pomodori
  • 2 scalogni
  • 1 cetriolo
  • prezzemolo
  • basilico
  • 2 cucchiai di olio evo
  • 1 cucchiaio di aceto di vino rosso
  • 60 g di farina di mandorle


PREPARAZIONE

Mettere tutti gli ingredienti nel bimby e.frullare.

Se la consistenza risultasse troppo liquida, si può aggiungere della mollica di pane.

Dopo aver regolato di sale e pepe, far riposare per un'ora in frigo.

Servire con mandorle tostate e caprino fresco.
