  • 300 g di pane casereccio
  • 200 g di salsiccia
  • 100 g di lardo
  • olio evo


Tagliate a fette il lardo e la salsiccia e fateli rosolare per qualche minuto in casseruola con un cucchiaio di olio.

Tagliate il pane a dadini e aggiungetelo al resto lasciandolo dorare a fuoco tenue.

Servite caldissimo.
