INGREDIENTI


- 500 g di seppie
- 300 g di piselli freschi o surgelati
- 40 g di olio extravergine
- peperoncino a piacere
- 1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato
- mezzo spicchio d'aglio
- 100 g di vino bianco
- 2 pomodori pelati
- sale

PREPARAZIONE

Inserire nel boccale l' olio, l'aglio e il peperoncino: 3 minuti a 100° vel 4 .

Unire le seppie e insaporire per 3 minuti a 100° vel 1 .

Irrorare con il vino bianco, unire i pomodori pelati sminuzzati, il sale e cuocere per 30 minuti a 100° vel 1 , unendo a metà cottura i piselli.

A fine cottura cospargere di prezzemolo e servire.
