  • 3 peperoni
  • 50 g di parmigiano
  • 100 g di prosciutto cotto
  • prezzemolo
  • 2 panini raffermi
  • 100 g di latte
  • 40 g di olive snocciolate
  • 20 g di capperi
  • 1 uovo
  • sale
  • pepe
  • aglio


Tritare il parmigiano, il pane, l'aglio e il prezzemolo per 10 sec a vel TURBO.

Unire il latte, il sale, il pepe, il prosciutto, l' uovo, le olive e i capperi: 10 sec a vel 3.

Farcire con questo composto i peperoni tagliati a metà e sistemarli in una teglia da forno.

Cuocere a 200° per circa mezz'ora.
