Homemade Chicken with Snow Peas and Mushrooms (Gluten-Free Cooking)

  1. Marinate chicken breast https://www.facebook.com/110487647807272/videos/744812486201276
  2. Remove snow peas strings (1/2 cup)
  3. Cut mushroom in slices (1 cup)
  4. Cut Napa cabbage in square (only keep the leaf portion (1 cup)
  5. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  6. Add marinated chicken. Cook the chicken meat to turn white color
  7. Add snow peas, mushrooms and Napa cabbage stir fried for a minute
  8. Add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of white pepper and 1/4 cup of gluten-free chicken broth
  9. Cook until all vegetables turn soft, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  10. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and ready to serve
