Streamed Yellow Pomfret with ginger and scallions (Gluten-free cooking)

  1. Clean yellow pomfret (gut out) with 2-3 Tbsp of salt. Rinse it good
  2. Place few slices of gingers and whole scallions inside and outside the fish
  3. Cut about 1/4 cup of thin gingers and scallions set on the side
  4. Preheat the streamer to boiling water
  5. Depends on the size of the fish, stream the fish for 10-12 minutes, turn off heat and leave the fish in the streamer for few minutes before take it out
  6. Remove all the gingers and scallions, put the cut thin gingers and scallions on the top of the fish
  7. Heat up 3 Tbsp of hot oil pour on the top of the gingers and scallions
  8. Add 2-3 Tbsp of coconut aminos. Ready to serve.
