Homemade Asian pot roast with cellophane noodles (清湯牛肉粉絲)

You can cook this dish by iron pot, crockpot or instant pot. Instant pot pressure cook can get this done in 45 minutes. Crockpot took about 6 hours.

Ingredients include:

1. Pot roast 3-5 pounds
2. Onion - half cut in pieces
3. Garlic - 4 cloves
4. Ginger - 5 slices
