Il nostro pane di patate 🌻🌻🌻

Turreddu de patata

  • 1 kg di semolato rimacinato
  • 200 gr patate
  • 20 gr sale
  • 1/2 bicchiere di olio di oliva
  • 10 gr lievito di birra o 250 gr di lievito madre.
  • Acqua q.b.

L'impasto deve essere morbidissimo.
Fate lievitare fino al roddoppio e poi fate le forme.
Fate riposare per un'oretta circa e infornate a 180 gradi fin che viene bello dorato.
