Steamed Chicken with Black Bean Sauce 豉汁蒸雞

  1. Cut 3 chicken legs in small pieces
  2. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of black bean sauce (豆豉酱), 1 tsp of chili sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Medium heat steam the chicken for 18 minutes
  4. Once done, sprinkle chopped scallions, cilantro and red chili pepper on the top. Ready to serve
