cuocere nell' olio neutro le spezie in semi (cannella, semi di anice, cardamomo e chiodi di garofano), dopo uno o due minuti aggiungere le spezie in polvere (chili e curcuma)

Aggiungere a questo punto il pollo e soffriggere

Dopo qualche minuto, aggiungere il latte di cocco, il latte condensato, il cocco disidratato e continuare a cuocere
