This part of the shrimp is not needed

this is instead what we need for the recipe

You will need also an onion and a bit or garlic

Cut the garlic very finely. Cut the onion into slices

also prepare a lemon and chillies

and of course the spinach

fry garlic and onion in a pan with a little olive oil

until ready

add then the shrimps

the juice of a lemon and the chillies

and cook for a few minutes.
