Pistocheddu de capa

  • 350 g di farina di grano duro
  • 350 g di farina 00
  • 6 uova intere
  • 6 tuorli
  • un cucchiaio di strutto
  • scorza di limone

ingredienti per la preparazione della "glassa" sono:

  • 400 g di zucchero a velo
  • 6 albumi
  • succo di limone

Impastare a mani tutti gli ingredienti e formare i biscotti dando forme a piacere con un coltellino

Glassa: iniziare a montare gli albumi e piano piano aggiungere zucchero e succo di limone fino ad una consistenza non troppo soda.
