Sautéed Chả Quế with Vegetables

  1. Cut 8 oz of Cha Que (Vietnamese Baked Cinnamon Pate) into slices, set aside
  2. Cut 2 cups of cabbage, 1 cup of green bell pepper, set aside
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add Cha Que cook to golden brown on each side, take it out set aside
  4. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and few chopped red chili peppers
  5. Add cut cabbage and green pepper sautéed for few minutes
  6. Add 1 Tbsp of fish sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of sugar, pinch of white pepper powder, then add Cha Que continue cook for a minute. Ready to serve
