How to change Neo Geo cd-rom system language

- Open up your Neo Geo CD
- Look for the Control PCB
- Study the country code (see picture). Japan is for the uncensored mode, the other configurations are censor mode.
- Solder the jumper for your desired language or country.
- For Japan mode, no jumper is required.
- For USA mode, solder a jumper (a wire) to JN1.
