Porto Giunco beach in winter

The day is very beautiful. Temperature is mild, there is no wind
and the water is crystal-clear.
Bird footprints: one has webbed feet, the second does not.
Walking on the beach I found two coins partially corroded by the sea water and a fragment which I believe belongs to a shell, however I don't know exactly which one.
It has a very particular and unusual shape.
Do you know which living being it could belong to?
