My PC has been through a lot of changes over the years. As always though, it never has enough power to suit my needs. Maybe an upgrade soon will help, but for now here it is:

My computer

I try to build a machine that will last me awhile. This computer used to have an AMD 1400 with a Soyo Dragon Plus MB. The processor ran for four years then overheated from the fan being put on backwards. So I had to change it last year. I still have the processor and RAM from the old setup but after a few hours of running it would reboot.

My computer

I've been running Ubuntu since 6.10. I don't plan to go back to Windows. I enjoy the power that Linux allows me to have and I have much enjoyed the community that is behind the Ubuntu project.

My computer

I'm in the process of getting a MythTV server up and running. I use that wooden bench when working on someone else's computer. This prevents me from having to unhook my own setup to work on someone else's.
