INGREDIENTI

  • pasta da MODDIZZOSU (pane di semola a forma di focaccia)
  • ciccioli

PREPARAZIONE

Durante la preparazione del pane, veniva lasciata una parte di pasta preparata per SU MODDIZZOSU e veniva impastata con parte dei ciccioli riscaldati rimasti dalla preparazione dello strutto.

Ne venivano fatte piccole focacce schiacciate infarinate e dal sapore dolce.
