INGREDIENTI

  • finocchietti selvatici
  • uova
  • farina
  • latte
  • sale
  • olio

PREPARAZIONE

Si scottano i finocchietti, tagliati lunghi circa un dito, e si scolano.

Si prepara normalmente la pastella con uova, farina, latte e sale.

Si mischiano i finocchietti alla pastella e si versa a cucchiaiate nell'olio bollente.

Si schiacciano un poco, si girano e si lasciano cuocere sino a quando sono un po' scure, pungendole di tanto in tanto con la forchetta.
