300 gr di farina 00
150 gr di zucchero
100 gr di burro freddo
1 uovo
1 tuorlo d'uovo
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale

ingredienti per la crema pasticciera

500 ml di latte intero
la scorza di 1 limone non trattato
4 tuorli
45 g di amido di mais
100 g di zucchero semolato
