Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles

Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles

Marinating Ingredients:
* 8 pieces of shrimp, deveined and shells removed
* 1 tsp salt
* Pinch of white pepper powder
* 1 tsp cornstarch
* 1 tsp oil

Cooking Ingredients:
* 2 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
* 2 cup bean sprouts
* 2 packs of dry egg noodles, pre-cooked
* 1 Tbsp oil, divided
* 1 Tbsp minced garlic
* 1 Tbsp spicy chili bean sauce
* 1 Tbsp red chili oil
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp dark soy sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, salt, white pepper powder, cornstarch, and oil. Mix well to ensure the shrimp is coated evenly. Let it marinate for a few hours.
2. Cut the Napa cabbage, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Set aside.
3. Pre-cook the dry egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Heat a cooking pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in the spicy chili bean sauce and red chili oil, ensuring they are well combined with the garlic.
6. Add the marinated shrimp first, then Napa cabbage, broccoli, and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the vegetables are slightly tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.
7. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the pre-cooked egg noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes to heat them through.
8. Pour soy sauce and dark soy sauce into the pan and continue stir-frying for another minute to evenly coat the noodles.
9. Return the shrimp, cooked vegetables and bean sprouts to the pan with the noodles. Stir-fry for an additional minute to combine all the ingredients.
10. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and give it a quick toss to incorporate.
11. Serve the spicy shrimp stir-fry noodles hot and enjoy the delicious flavors.

Note: Adjust the amount of spicy bean sauce and red chili oil to control the level of spiciness according to your preference. Feel free to add additional vegetables or garnishes of your choice to enhance the dish.
