Ecco due idee:

  • quella a sx: riso venere, insalata, ceci, formaggio e pomodori
  • quella a dx: riso venere, insalata, straccetti di pollo al curry, pomodori e olio extravergine d’oliva

Ho fatto la conversione crudo cotto del riso venere e ve la lascio perché può essere utile:

100g di riso venere a crudo = 200g a cotto
