Intro
This file is mainly based around my notes.. So that is why It does not make sense, As I was originally not planning on releasing it to the public :).
Finding
Ok so what exactly does a Quick Mail pbx sound like?? Well it doesn't say "Welcome to Quick Mail pbx". I only know when I found one cos of the options I hear when I get in :).
But read the log in bit for more info..
Logging in
Ok There are to ways to log in. And the Quick Mail pbxs that I have found I can log in only one way or the other.
1st way
When ringing up press # at the menu you should then hear:
Please enter your extension, (enter Extension you are hacking)If you chose the right extension it should either say:
play recorded greetingor
extension "XXX (or XXXX)"If it says one of the the above you've found a box to hack :)
Then enter the PW (default = 1234)
2nd Way
Enter Extension at the main menu sometimes you can only enter 1,2..9 then enter those..
You will hear:
Please Record you message after the tone.Press #
It should then say something like
to change your message press 1You press * then it should then say something like
Options menu, to return to the main menuYou press #
It will then play the recording of the mailbox that you are hacking then ask for a password. Now what is the default PW you must be wondering ??
Its 1234
3rd Way
press 0 at the main menu to transfer to the operator, then at the:
please record message after the tonepress #
It will then say enter you pw, procede from there.
Outdialing
Quick Mail PBXS, What do I like about them well they can be used to dial outside of the PBX, How do you do that ??, By changing your Location. Quite Often I change my location to Sick, and then set up the phone numbers. Then what happens is that when you dial in to the Extension. It'll Say "Your Recorded Sound" Is not in, please leave a msg, if you've got the phone numbers set up, you then press 1,2,3 to divert to the number you have set up.

2 TURN RECORD INSTRUCTION ON
3 TURN SMART GREETINGS ON
3 TURN CONTINOUS MESSAGE PLAYBACK ON
3 DISTRUBUTION GROUPS
1 LISTEN TO A GROUP LIST
2 TO CREATE OR CHANGE A GROUP LISTING
3 DELETE A GROUP
* END CALL---- > This feature is only available when you hack the ADMIN Box (Note this number is not said, I was just trying the other DTMF tones..)

On some pbxs (AUDEXS) they have System75s located on a extensions or a bridge, But I have not been bothered to scan or possible XXX or XXXX extensions on them.
The ABCD tones do absolutely nothing..
I'm not telling you the Default extension for the SYS ADMIN BOX :))
