A week ago Saturday, I had the opportunity to meet Bob Lazar under
circumstances where I could speak to him for a couple of hours in an
informal setting. He is immensely impressive and convincing, freely
adding additional details to his previous reports and unhesitatingly
answering questions.
The bottom line, of course, is whether extraterrestrial vehicles are
REALLY at the U.S. Government's Nevada Test Site. After all, no matter
how sincere or convincing he is, this story must be CONFIRMED.
The two videotapes of the alleged ET craft -- taken at times and from
points delineated by Lazar -- show something at night moving in
stairstep rapid motion. However, there is a question as to whether any
reference points can be pinpointed in the same field of view as the
UFOs. An analysis of the motions is in the works. By the way, you can
analyze those motions yourself by getting a copy of either Version One
or Version Two of KLAS-TV's UFOs: The Best Evidence. (Version One
consists of 9 segments and is the longer version; Version Two has the
important 7th segment missing and some small but significant pieces
changed.)
Lazar will appear tomorrow night for three hours on KVEG-AM Radio in
Las Vegas, 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 am. (Wednesday night, 12/20/89), on the
Billy Goodman Happening. According to Goodman, Lazar will -- unlike
previous broadcasts -- "tell it all."

Recently, I ran across writings of Tesla which he authored in 1919.
I place a small portion of his text here because of its obvious
relativity to this forum:
"These automata, controlled within the range of vision of the operator,
were, however, the first and rather crude steps in the evolution of the
Art of Telautomatics as I had conceived it. The next logical
improvement was its application to automatic mechanisms beyond the
limits of vision and at great distance from the center of control, and
I have ever since advocated their employment as instruments of warfare
in preference to guns. The importance of this now seems to be
recognized, if I am to judge from casual announcements thru the press
of achievements which are said to be extraordinary but contain no merit
of novelty, whatever. In an imperfect manner is is practicable, with
the existing wireless plants, to launch and aeroplane, have it follow a
certain approximate course, and perform some oeperation at a distance
of many hundreds of miles. A machine of this kind can also be
mechanically controlled in several ways and I have no doubt that it may
prove of some usefulness in war. But there are, to my best knowledge,
no instrumentalities in existence today whth which such an object could
be accomplished in a precise manner. I have devoted years of study to
this matter and have evolved means, making such and greater wonders
easily realizable. As stated on a previous occasion, when I was a
student at college I conceived a flying machine quite unlike the
present ones. The underlying principle was sound but could not be
carried into practice for want of a prime-mover of sufficiently great
activity. In recent years I have successfully solved this problem and
now planning aerial machines devoid of sustaining planes, ailerons,
propellers and other external attachments, which will be capable of
immense speeds and are very likely to furnish powerful arguments for
peace in the near future. Such a machine, sustained and propelled
entirely by reaction, is shown (on page 108) and is supposed to be
controlled wither mechanically or by wireless energy. By installing
proper plants it will be practicable to project a missle of this kind
into the air and drop it almost on the verry spot designated, which may
be thousands of miles away. But we are not going to stop at this.
Telautomata will be ultimately produced, capable of acting as if
possesst of their own intelligence, and their advent will create a
revolution. As early as 1898 I proposed to representatives of a large
manufacturing concern the construction and public exhibition of an
automobile carriage which , left to itself, would perform a great
variety of operations involving something akin to judgments. But my
proposal was deemed chimerical at that time and nothing came from
it..... If we want to avert an impending calamity and a state of things
which may transform this globe into an inferno, we should push the
development of flying machines and wireless transmission of energy
without an instant's delay and with all the power and resources of the
nation."
Again, this is a quote of work written by Tesla in 1919.

Yes I do.
Every time the world was ivolved in a major change of human thinking, or
major war, UFOs have been seen.
If we saw the "star" of Bethlehem today we would most likely call it a UFO
but we would certanly not refer to it as a "star."
Jesus was responsible for changing the thought structure of a great number
of others who likewise did the same with many people they met. Before he
was born there were strange encounters, many of which I believe were not
written down. The records show that people were visited by angels. We have
a simular combination at this time, people are seeing UFOs, strange lights
in the sky, and are also being visited by supernatural beings and having
strange dreams.
Who ever these beings are they are interested in our wars and in the way we
think. When they show up on a major scale we can expect they were here to
either observe, or affect the changes that are taking place.
We see major changes in world affairs and policy today and we have all the
right combinations for something on a major world wide scale.

The craft looked liked fireballs because otherwise the pilots on both
sides would have shot at them. I wonder if the slang "Fooie on you"
means anything. Perhaps, the Aliens were making a joke on both sides
for their primitive actions.

Bryon...
You have alluded to some major changes that you think are going to
occur or are occurring now. Can you go into some detail? I have had
some contact with a few people who are saying something similar but
they are not able to articulate what it is that they are expecting.
Any thoughts, feelings, about these changes from your perspective (as a
researcher in the area) would be appreciated. Thanks.
Also, you seem to be suggesting that these beings have intelligence and
mission. Do you see, in them, some mission at this time? Thanks.

OK. I'll see what I can find about Kirillian photos. I read some pretty
extensive stuff on them many years ago -- that's where I saw the photos.
Also, if memory serves, someone did a film on psi phenomena about 10 years
ago -- and the picture included some fascinating Kirillian movie footage. I
believe the film had actual footage of a "half leaf" that still showed
features of the missing half. I'll see what I can turn up.
