Lentis soup with savoy cabbage

Ingredienti:

  • 1 cipolla a dadini
  • rosmarino
  • aglio tritato
  • zenzero tritato
  • salvia
  • pepe bianco
  • 150 gr pollo
  • 1 pomodoro secco
  • cavolo verza foglie a volonta
  • dado di verdure
  • 4 pomodorini ciliegina o concentrato di pomodoro
  • olio
  • acqua per la cottura

Ho soffritto prima di tutto la cipolla, con lo zenzero e aglio trittato.
Aggiungere anche il pomodo secco tagliato a dadini e il rosmarino e la salvia fresca
Quando gli aromi sono estratti aggiungere la carne a dadini per chiudere i bordi

Quando la carne inizia a cuocere esternamente aggiungere le lenticchie, le foglie di verza private del cordone centrale duro, i pomorodorini tagliati in 4, l'acqua, il dado per il brodo vedetale, il pepe e mettere in cottura.
Chiudere la pentola con il coperchio e settare la pentola come segue

Cottura in pressure cooking - low pressure per 20 minuti più 10 minuti natural release


Servire la zuppa ben calda :)


Ingredients:

  • rosemary minced
  • garlic minced
  • ginger minced
  • sage
  • white pepper
  • 150 g chicken
  • 1 dried tomato
  • savoy cabbage leaves as desired
  • vegetable bouillon cube
  • 4 cherry tomatoes or tomato paste
  • oil
  • water for cooking

I first sautéed the onion with minced ginger and garlic. Also add the diced dried tomato and fresh rosemary and sage When the aromas are released, add the diced meat to seal the edges.

When the meat begins to cook on the outside, add the lentils, the savoy cabbage leaves with the hard central vein removed, the quartered cherry tomatoes, water, the vegetable broth cube, pepper, and start cooking. Cover the pot with the lid and set the pot as follows

Cook under pressure cooking - low pressure for 20 minutes plus 10 minutes natural release

Serve the soup nice and hot :)
