Heavenly Cherry Cheesecake Cups ππ₯

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of dessert cups or a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Once chilled, spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
