How to activate Neperos notifications on desktop computer

This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to enable notifications for Neperos on a desktop computer.

Open the chrome browser and click the install icon on the right side of the address bar.

A pop-up window will appear.

Figure 2: click the install button to proceed with the installation of the Neperos PWA App.

Click the "install" button.

The Neperos App will be installed in the system.

If you are using macOS, right click on the Neperos App and select "Options", then "Keep in Dock". In this way the Neperos App will stay on the Dock permanently even after you quit it.

To activate the notification, open the Neperos App and click on the bell icon (🔔) on the top-right corner.

Select "Allow for this site".

You can enable/disable notifications at any time. To change the settings click the 3 dots (⋮) on the top-right corner.

The following window will appear.

On the newest versions of MacOS it is necessary to activate the notifications for the Chrome browser.

Click on "System settings".

On the left side click on "Notifications", then select "Google Chrome".

Activate the "Google Chrome" notifications with the button on the right side.

When you receive a private message a notification will appear.

How to disinstall Neperos App

To uninstall The Neperos App, click the 3 dots (⋮) on the top-right corner.

Select "Uninstall Neperos..."
