Chocolate Espresso Tiramisu Tart πŸ˜πŸ«β˜•

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the chocolate cookie pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, dust the top of the tart with unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Slice and serve chilled.
