Anche se sono al mare oggi vorrei condividere con voi questa ricetta di ottimi panini 👇

150 g farina di mandorle
40 g psillium
2 cucchiaini lievito istantaneo
2 cucchiaini aceto mele
3 albumi
Ho aggiunto vari semi e noci spezzate
200 ml circa di acqua calda
In forno a 175 per circa 50 minuti 😋😋😋
