Ingredients: - 120 g coconut oil melted - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 100 g dark chocolate, broken pieces - 2 eggs - 2 egg yolks - 120 g coconut sugar - 1 tbsp coconut flour Method: Preheat oven to 200°C and put backing tray in oven. Grease 4 small pudding moulds. Dust moulds with cocoa powder. Add coconut oil, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and chocolate to heatproof bowl, set over simmering water, stir until melted. Combine coconut flour, and leave to cool. Wisk together egg yolks, coconut sugar and a pinch of salt until pale and moussey. Ingredients: -225g peanut butter -2 tbsp coconut oil - 150 ml light agave nectar - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp baking soda - 65g coconut flour - coconut sugar (to sprinkle) Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line tray. Combine coconut oil, peanut butter and agave in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave mixture for 30 sec, stir and repeat for another 30 sec. If melted, stir and cool to room temp. Ingredients: - 50 g coconut flour - 50 g coconut sugar - 110 g coconut oil-melted - 110 g milk choc chips - 2 eggs - zest of 1/2 orange - 1/4 tsp baking power - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp vanilla extract Method: Preheat oven to 170°c.
