Mezze pesche

  • 500 g di farina
  • 60 g di burro
  • 400 ml di latte
  • 1 buccia di limone grattugiata
  • 60 g di zucchero
  • 15 g di lievito di birra
  • 1 bicchierino di liquore dolce
  • 2 uova

*lievitazione sino al raddoppio, fare dei piccoli panetti e cuocere a 170° con il forno statico. A fine cottura, aprirli poco poco e bagnarli con il liquore al chermes diluito con acqua zuccherata e infine farcirli con crema pasticcera. A freddo spolverare con zucchero a velo*
