Welcom to Out Of Step Magazine, issue 2. The first issue was done well over a year ago, and the little war charade halted intended monthly production. We'll have to see how it goes this time. Ok, this is the netware version. Goes out on bitnet, internet, BBSs etc. Hopefully we'll be able to get it up on eff.org on the internet.
