Cobra is a firmware for the Viper GC modchip. It allows to play backup discs on the Nintendo gameCube. Several versions have been released over the years. 1. Solder the white connector at the front of Pluto-IIx HDMI (if not already present). Note: Soldering the connector is not strictly necessary.
